why can't the United Nation or the World Health Organization put sanction on China regarding these matters? the world will definitely be put in danger if things like these continues. When will China learn to be careful? we are talking about innocent lives here.

There's nothing surprising here. Having come from a public school myself, I've seen how poverty can force students to drop out from a public school. Personally, I support technical high schools. It's at least an incentive for students to stay in school and learn a trade.

The church (catholic) have more better and important things to be concerned about other than this issue. At times it is so depressing to hear that a lot of Filipino teachers do well in other countries while some of our Filipino youth are struggling in school and some cannot even get the quality education that they need. But I myself have plans to teach abroad after I finish my MBA. What can we do? We need to sacrifice to earn more for our family. So sad but true. :(

I am surprised to read that Manny Pacquiao is more popular among Mexicans compared to Oscar dela Hoya. But I guess this is also because that he part ways with his Mexican opponents in a positive and respectful way. As for the fight, isn't that Oscar dela Hoya has better reach. Honestly, I don't think that this law is enforceable should it b approved. Filipinos upload everything on the Internet as we all know from the numerous sex scandals that we can stumble upon on the various web sites. The logistics of monitoring the web and enforcing the law would be HUGE.

Canceling Pacquiao's license may likely do more harm than good. GAB may be better off focusing on other areas that needs attention such as better preparation of Filipino athletes in future international sports competition.
