This fellow, 78-year-old Felipe Obrince, my neighbor, goes beyond the unusual pets. Instead, he has a rooster that crows and cackles at his command and other unusual pets.

That is unusual indeed. It will be great if those contests that he joined can be made available online. Also interesting to see how the contest works.

I wonder what tricks can a rooster or pig do? Parents can learn a thing or two from Felipe--start training/teaching your children early on the values and skills you want them to possess.

I personally saw how Mang Felipe command his pig named Ai-Ai (a japanese pig) to sit and stand on her two feet, quite impressive. and the rooster (named Robinhood)who cackles when he hit the ground with a stick--amusing

Animals are really good companions if you only know how to pet them. It takes a lot of patience but the rewards are priceless. I'm beginning to miss my Sparkee, a shitzu I left at home in Bacolod. :(
