So sad but really true. The government must do something about this or else, there would be no hope for our country to move from being in the third world.

There's nothing surprising here. Having come from a public school myself, I've seen how poverty can force students to drop out from a public school. Personally, I support technical high schools. It's at least an incentive for students to stay in school and learn a trade.
